These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of hypertxt.ai (the “Site”), the product update list, and the Hypertxt application, operated by Packstack, LLC (“Hypertxt,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, joining the update list, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Hypertxt.

1. The Service

Hypertxt is an SEO/GEO AI citation content platform for brand-aware search and answer-engine workflows. The Site provides product information, access links, and the ability to join an update list. The app may provide project setup, brand ingestion, Google Search Console opportunity syncing, keyword research, research briefs, content ideas, article generation, editing, export, publishing integrations, bring-your-own provider keys, one-time purchases, and subscription billing. Features described on the Site may change over time and may vary by plan, configuration, provider availability, and launch stage.

2. Update List And Account Access

Joining the update list lets us notify you about product updates. It does not create any obligation for us to provide any specific pricing, feature, or access level. You can unsubscribe at any time.

When you use the app, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, the accuracy of the information you provide, and all activity under your account.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use the Site, join the update list, or use the app. You agree to provide accurate information, including a valid email address that you own.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or third-party information without authorization;
  • Submit sensitive personal information, confidential third-party data, or content you do not have the right to use;
  • Use the Site to violate any law or infringe the rights of others;
  • Use generated content, Search Console data, keyword data, or publishing integrations in a way that violates laws, platform rules, intellectual-property rights, or applicable third-party terms;
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Site, app, provider integrations, or systems; or
  • Use automated means to submit the update form, scrape the Site, abuse app workflows, or bypass plan limits without our permission.

5. User Content And Outputs

You retain ownership of content, brand materials, Search Console-selected properties, keywords, briefs, and drafts that you provide or generate through Hypertxt, subject to the rights you grant us to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before publication. AI-generated, Search Console-derived, and provider-enriched outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or unsuitable for your use case.

6. Third-Party Providers And Integrations

Hypertxt may rely on third-party providers, including Google Search Console, AI model providers, keyword data providers, research providers, Stripe, email infrastructure, analytics tools, and publishing platforms such as WordPress, Ghost, or custom webhook destinations. Your use of those connected services may be subject to their own terms and availability. Bring-your-own provider keys, OAuth connections, and publishing credentials must belong to you or be used with proper authorization.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including text, design, logos, and the “Hypertxt” name and marks — are owned by or licensed to Packstack, LLC and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing of the Site.

8. Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may reference or link to third-party websites and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk.

9. Purchases, Subscriptions, And Billing

Paid plans, one-time credits, limits, and billing terms are presented at checkout or in the app. Stripe processes payments, saved payment methods, and subscription state. A one-time article purchase does not automatically convert into a subscription; subscriptions begin only when you choose a subscription checkout. Plan features, usage limits, and provider availability may change, and some functionality may require valid third-party credentials or connected accounts.

10. Disclaimers

Hypertxt is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Hypertxt will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that generated outputs will achieve any specific search, traffic, revenue, ranking, compliance, or publishing result.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Packstack, LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, goodwill, rankings, traffic, provider credits, or publishing opportunities, arising from your use of (or inability to use) Hypertxt. Our total liability for any claim relating to Hypertxt will not exceed USD $100 or the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim, whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Packstack, LLC from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of Hypertxt, your content, your publishing activity, your connected provider accounts, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Minnesota for any dispute arising from these Terms.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above, and your continued use of the Site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
