This Privacy Policy explains how Packstack, LLC (“Hypertxt,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit hypertxt.ai (the “Site”) or join our launch waitlist. Hypertxt is an AI-powered content creation platform that is currently in pre-launch.

By using the Site or submitting your information, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you join our waitlist, we collect the information you submit through the form: your first name, last name, and email address.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our analytics providers may automatically collect limited technical information such as your IP address, approximate location (country/region), browser type, device information, referring pages, and pages viewed. Some of this is collected through cookies and similar technologies.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and you should not submit any through the waitlist form.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Add you to our launch waitlist and notify you when Hypertxt becomes available;
Send you product updates related to the launch (you can opt out at any time);
Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
Understand aggregate traffic and usage trends; and
Comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse or fraud.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA/UK)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal data on the following legal bases: your consent (e.g., joining the waitlist), our legitimate interests (e.g., securing and improving the Site), and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time.

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies, including a consent manager (Termly) and analytics services such as Google Analytics, Plausible Analytics, and Microsoft (Bing) tracking. Service providers who process data on our behalf, such as our hosting and email infrastructure (e.g., Cloudflare), analytics providers, and affiliate-tracking tools — solely to provide their services to us;

We retain waitlist information until launch and for a reasonable period afterward to fulfill the purposes described above, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or we are required to retain it by law.

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@hypertxt.ai. You may also unsubscribe from launch emails at any time using the link in each message. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International Transfers

We are based in the United States, and your information may be processed in the United States and other countries that may have different data-protection laws than your jurisdiction. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
