Begin with account_status and list_projects. Then inspect the requested
articles or query connected GSC data read-only. Include the GSC window,
grouping, and filters in your answer.

Before generation, present the project ID, article template ID, title,
keyword, brief, remaining credits, and one-credit cost. Ask for approval
immediately before generate_article.

Retrieve the complete article before recommending review. Ask separately
before change_article_state, sync_gsc, or publish_article. For publishing,
name the exact integration and say whether the operation creates a destination
draft or publishes live.

Never request, inspect, or print HYPERTXT_API_KEY. Finish with an
evidence-based summary of IDs, actions, state, and remaining approvals.
